Flaming Geyser State Park, Green Valley Rd, Auburn, Washington
A 480-acre day-use park with more than three miles of freshwater shoreline on the Green River. Dogs of all sizes are allowed. Dogs must be on no more than an 8 foot leash and be cleaned up after at all times. The park has provided clean-up stations throughout the park. Clark Lake Park, Kent
If you want quiet time away from other people and dogs, this park features multiple hiking trails. Southeast 240th Street and Southeast 248th Street at 127th Avenue Southeast.
Lake Youngs Trail, Renton
This is a great place for your dog to burn off energy. The long trail around the Lake Youngs reservoir has lots of trees for shade. Start at Lake Youngs Park on Old Petrovitsky Road and walk the trail.
Lake Desire Park

Soos Creek Trail, Kent
This six-mile, paved trail has hills that will give you and your dog a good workout. Start at Gary Grant Park at Southeast 208th Street and 137th Avenue Southeast and walk the trail with your dog on a leash.
Kanaskat-Palmer State Park, Ravensdale
Pack a picnic and your pooch for a day at this park. The park features three miles of hiking trails with two miles along the Green River so you and Fido can get plenty of exercise. 3201 Kanaskat-Cumberland Road.
